How it works
Basic steps
- Download and extract the customer ZIP.
- Run Start WhatsApp Approved Batch Assistant.vbs or the EXE directly.
- Open Licence Details, copy the Request Code, send it to the seller, then paste the returned licence key.
- Import your CSV or VCF contact list and verify consent.
- Map message templates, select a PDF attachment, and preview the list.
- Set the delay interval and start the manual batch sending process.
Ensure all contacts have explicitly opted in to receive updates. Deletion or spam reports can lead to WhatsApp account restrictions.

A purchased licence grants use of WhatsApp Approved Batch Assistant on one Windows computer for the licensed customer. The licence is lifetime for that single computer.
Restrictions
The user may not:

- Attempt to extract or misuse the owner private signing key.
- Use the software for unsolicited messaging.
- Use the software to bypass WhatsApp restrictions or workplace security policy.

Privacy Notice
WhatsApp Approved Batch Assistant runs locally on the user's Windows computer.
The software may store these local files inside its folder or the current Windows user's local application data folder:

- Local batch logs
- WhatsApp Web session data
- Activated licence information
- Protected local send-state data
The licensing system stores a one-way hashed machine request code. It does not store or upload the original hardware identifier.
The software must not store or upload passwords, cookies, session tokens, access tokens, authorization headers, private messages, or customer contact lists as part of licensing.
The user controls any files imported into the software and is responsible for handling customer data securely.
